Victoria Kuczynski received her Master’s of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Yorkville University. Victoria offers psychotherapy to youth and adults. She is passionate about her work and her clients, specializing in areas of emotional regulation difficulties (e.g. borderline personality disorder), trauma and dependencies.

Victoria puts the relationship with the client in the forefront, and strives to provide a warm, welcoming and a safe, non-judgmental environment for her clients. Drawing from dialectic-behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing; Victoria tailors the treatment to each individual and their needs.

After working for several years with community organizations (i.e. Portage, Friends for Mental Health), Victoria works exclusively in private practice in Quebec and Ontario. Tarra is a Registered Psychotherapist licensed to practice psychotherapy by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She holds a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University. Tarra has completed extensive training in Psychodynamic, Emotion-Focused and Experiential therapies with a focus on trauma, anxiety and relationship issues. Tarra also holds a professional certificate in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and has been practicing as an associate clinician with the Borderline Personality Disorder clinic since 2022.

As a compassionate professional experienced in addressing trauma, anxiety, mood and relationship issues, Tarra specializes in helping individuals manage distress, anxiety, mood and emotional disturbances associated with relational issues and complex mental health conditions. Souraya Thiab is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Spirituality from Saint Paul University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. Souraya specializes in supporting individuals navigating complex mental health challenges, including borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, men’s issues, and concerns related to self-esteem and identity. She has experience working with personality disorders, dissociative disorders, and relational difficulties. Rooted in a trauma-informed, client-centered, and relational approach, Souraya draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based and psychodynamic frameworks.
